Let's discuss why I continue to be forgotten about when I complain that my paper was not delivered. I call the customer service number, register my name, and I never hear any feedback. Then I go online and register my complaint of no delivery, and I never get any feedback or hear from anyone. What do you have to do to get somebody down there on Midland Ave. to give you a call? I"ll bet I have missed a dozen deliveries this year. I bet I would hear about it if I missed a subscription payment.
