At-Home Childcare Recommendations?

Hello, Can anyone recommend any at-home Day-cares around Lexington that are really good. I have two boys that are currently in regular daycare, but they get sick all the time! So I thought maybe if I move them to an at-home daycare, they have less of a chance to get sick. But obviously it would have to be a good and safe place for them that is clean, caring and inviting. I am also looking for a place where they learn and develop their skills. Any thought? where do I start looking? I found a full list of at-home day-cares but I know nothing about them and there is no way I can check them all out. So I thought I'd ask. Please help:)
